Karlan Engineering Ltd is a Kigali-based multidisciplinary engineering company serving utilities, developers, institutions, industries and infrastructure contractors.

We support projects across the full delivery cycle, from feasibility and design through procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handover. Our approach combines practical engineering, disciplined project management and close coordination with clients, consultants, utilities and equipment manufacturers.
